Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Revivopay account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Revivopay on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Revivopay provides an automated failed-payment recovery platform. You connect your Stripe or Razorpay account, and we send dunning emails and retry payments on your behalf according to the schedule you configure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited emails to recipients who have not had a prior billing relationship with you.
• Circumvent unsubscribe requests or email suppression.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must keep your API credentials and CRON_SECRET secure.
• You are the data controller for your customers' data. We process it only on your instructions.
• You must maintain valid payment provider accounts and ensure your sender email domain is verified in Resend.

5. Fees and billing

Pricing details are provided at account sign-up and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

Revivopay is not liable for failed payment recoveries, email deliverability issues, or losses arising from payment provider decisions. The service is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing legal@revivopay.com.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
